Sorry about that, didn't notice the GHA failure.
I just reran the test and it passes. I think it was a transient failure.

This only modifies `tools/jpackage/share/RuntimePackageTest.java` and the failure was in an unrelated test: [jdk/jshell/ToolTabSnippetTest](https://github.com/mmm-choi/jdk17u-dev/actions/runs/19280579022/attempts/1#user-content-jdk_jshell_tooltabsnippettest)
