According to the Bylaws definition of Lazy Consensus [1], this is sufficient to approve the nomination.

Goetz will take over as lead maintainer when the existing maintainers step down at the end-of-support date for 25.0.2. In the interim, and in an effort to make the transition smoother, Goetz will be approving fix requests for 25.0.3 as we have stopped accepting requests for 25.0.2.
