[25.0.3+ communication]: co-maintainers

Hi,

I hereby appoint the following people to 25.0.3+
co-maintainers:

Andrew Hughes
Christoph Langer
Severin Gehwolf

All are jdk-updates Reviewer and well known
as maintainers in the 21, 17 and older updates
projects, besides many other activities in the OpenJDK
community.

I am happy that you, Andrew, Andrew, Christoph and
Severin will help running the 25u updates project.
Thanks for joining me in this effort!

Also big thanks to Robert McKenna and his
team for bringing jdk25u to 25.0.2!
