[jdk25u] RFR: 8368698: runtime/cds/appcds/aotCache/OldClassSupport.java assert(can_add()) failed: Cannot add TrainingData objects

This is a follow up to JDK-8366948. We need to fix this in 25. This may potentially cause crashes in product.
