[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8353483: Open source some JProgressBar tests

Backporting JDK-8353483: Open source some JProgressBar tests. Adds four progress bar tests. Ran GHA Sanity Checks and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
