[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8354553: Open source several clipboard tests batch0

Backporting JDK-8354553: Open source several clipboard tests batch0. Adds four clipboard tests. Ran GHA Sanity Checks and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
