[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8368192: Test java/lang/ProcessBuilder/Basic.java#id0 fails with Exception: Stack trace

A clean backport for JDK-8368192.

Backport it for parity with oracle. This patch fixes test failure in Basic.java. Tested on mac 15.7.1.
