[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8340354: Open source AWT desktop properties and print related tests

Backporting JDK-8340354: Open source AWT desktop properties and print related tests. Adding two desktop properties and three printer tests. Ran GHA Sanity Checks and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
