[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8354365: Opensource few Modal and Full Screen related tests

Backporting JDK-8354365: Opensource few Modal and Full Screen related tests. Adds three modal/full screen related tests. Ran GHA Sanity Checks and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
