[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8354493: Opensource Several MultiScreen and Insets related tests

Backporting JDK-8354493: Opensource Several MultiScreen and Insets related tests. Adds three tests to be open sourced. Ran GHA Sanity Checks and new tests directly.
