[jdk25u] RFR: 7191877: TEST_BUG: java/rmi/transport/checkLeaseInfoLeak/CheckLeaseLeak.java failing intermittently

I backport this as I also want to fix it in jdk21u-dev. 
Follow-up is fixed in the meantime, too.  Will address that as well.
