[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 7191877: TEST_BUG: java/rmi/transport/checkLeaseInfoLeak/CheckLeaseLeak.java failing intermittently

I backport this for parity with 17.0.18-oracle
Follow-up is fixed in the meantime, too. Will address that as well.
