[jdk25u] RFR: 8366229: runtime/Thread/TooSmallStackSize.java runs with all collectors

Added vm.flagless in the test as there does not seem to be a point to run this test with additional options as they are ignored for the actual test anyway. 
Clean backport. Tested changes locally in mach5 in all platforms
