[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8354466: Open some misc Swing bugs 9

Backporting JDK-8354466: Open some misc Swing bugs 9. Adds a JSplitPane and JPasswordField test. Ran GHA Sanity Checks and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
