[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8354465: Open some JTable bugs 8

Backporting JDK-8354465: Open some JTable bugs 8. Adds five JTable test. Ran GHA Sanity Checks and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
