Looks mostly okay.
But  the original commit  
https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/commit/d45e65bab45f78f9f378cdc53837fe33190b7801
has no COPYRIGHT year change in  `test/jdk/ProblemList.txt` , so I think you should not start introducing this in the backport .
