[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8354341: Open some JTable bugs 7

Backporting JDK-8354341: Open some JTable bugs 7. Adds four JTable tests. Ran GHA Sanity Checks and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
