[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8354233: Open some JTable bugs 6

Backporting JDK-8354233: Open some JTable bugs 6. Adds three JTable tests. Ran GHA Sanity Checks and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
