[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8354095: Open some JTable bugs 5

Backporting JDK-8354095: Open some JTable bugs 5. Adds four JTable tests. Ran GHA Sanity Checks and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
