[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8346753: Test javax/swing/JMenuItem/RightLeftOrientation/RightLeftOrientation.java fails on Windows Server 2025 x64 because the icons of RBMenuItem and CBMenuItem are not visible in Nimbus LookAndFeel
