[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8353832: Opensource FontClass, Selection and Icon tests

Backporting JDK-8353832: Opensource FontClass, Selection and Icon tests. Adds two FontClass tests, a Selection test, and an Icon test. Ran GHA Sanity Checks and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
