GHA report wget timed out failure at 'Get JTReg' stage in job [macos-x64 / test (hs/tier1 common)](https://github.com/openjdk-bots/jdk21u-dev/actions/runs/17061840618/job/48372736285). It seems like environmental issue, unrelated to this backport PR.
