[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8354552: Open source a few Swing tests

Backporting JDK-8354552: Open source a few Swing tests. Adds two tests: one for scrolling to a reference and the other for text wrapping of a label. Ran GHA Sanity Checks, local Tier 1 and 2, and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
