[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8353011: Open source Swing JButton tests - Set 1

Backporting JDK-8353011: Open source Swing JButton tests - Set 1. Adds five swing tests (JButton, JRadioButton, JTable). Ran GHA Sanity Checks, local Tier 1 and 2, and new tests directly. Patch is clean. Backporting for parity with Oracle.
