[jdk17u-dev] RFR: 8347277: java/awt/Focus/ComponentLostFocusTest.java fails intermittently

A clean backport of https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8347277

This change fixes ComponentLostFocusTest intermittent failures. Tested locally on mac. Backport it for parity with Oracle.
