I hereby nominate Francisco Ferrari Bihurriet to JDK Updates Committer.


Francisco joined the Red Hat OpenJDK team (now part of IBM) in early
2022 and has been working in the security area since then. He is also a
member of the OJVG and has participated in the last two CPU releases
(besides previous involvement when Martin Balao was leading the effort).
So far, Francisco has contributed 18 commits to the 11u/17u/21u [1] and
25u [2] releases.

Only current JDK Updates Committers [3] are eligible to vote
on this nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying
to this mailing list.
