[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8356648: runtime/Thread/AsyncExceptionTest.java fails with +StressCompiledExceptionHandlers

I backport this for parity with 21.0.11-oracle.

Resolved AsyncExceptionTest.java as 8356648: "runtime/Thread/AsyncExceptionTest.java fails with +StressCompiledExceptionHandlers" is not in 21.
