[jdk21u-dev] RFR: 8364764: java/nio/channels/vthread/BlockingChannelOps.java subtests timed out

I backport this for parity with 21.0.11-oracle.

Resolved because of 
https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8318422: "Allow poller threads be virtual threads"
