[jdk26u] RFR: 8377526: Update Libpng to 1.6.55

Hi all,

This pull request contains a backport of commit [fd74232d](https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/commit/fd74232d5dc4c6bfbcddb82e1b2621289aa2f65a) from the [openjdk/jdk](https://git.openjdk.org/jdk) repository.

We are upgrading libpng used for Splashscreen from 1.6.54 to 1.6.55 version.

The commit being backported was reviewed by Alexander Zvegintsev, Phil Race and Sergey Bylokhov.
