New JDK Updates Committer: David Briemann

I hereby nominate David Briemann [1] to JDK Updates Committer.

David is part of the JVM team at SAP and already a JDK Committer. He has contributed more than 20 upstream changes and backported more than 8 changes:

21u-dev: 2
25u: 1
25u-dev: 4
26u: 1
Some of them were not trivial to resolve [2].
