Hi @kirill-shirokov 
You need to fix the PR so that skara accepts it and anotates it to the JBS issue.
I think you need to add a message to the pr body.  

A PR is only "clean" if skara recognizes it as such. It puts a "clean" label on the PR. In all other cases please describe what you have edited or any other reason why it is not recognized as clean.
