[jdk25u-dev] RFR: 8371103: vmTestbase/nsk/jvmti/scenarios/events/EM02/em02t006/TestDescription.java failing

This fixes a test failure we see sporadic for a long time.

Appled clean exept for problem list chunk, test not problem listed in 25.
