Repository? -- How many lines of development?

We've named this forest "hs" for the last several releases, so
continuing to name it "hs" for now to avoid confusion makes sense
to me.

Note also that the combined master/dev forest will be named "jdk9",
not "master".  (We've never had a forest named "master".)
