FYI: JDK Project created; JDK 10 Project will be dissolved soon

The JDK Project is now up and running [1].  Every Author, Committer, and
Reviewer of this Project (JDK 10) has the same role in that Project, and
every subscriber to this list (jdk10-dev) is subscribed to the jdk-dev
list.

As planned [2], I'll shortly propose to dissolve this Project.  The
jdk10-dev list should, going forward, be used only to finish up CFVs
that are already in flight.  The results of those votes will be carried
over into the JDK Project.  Further proposals to target JEPs to specific
JDK releases will be made on the jdk-dev list.
