I agree with Volker.
While I prefer the one-repo approach and think this is the right direction,
I am surprised that the directory structure changes so much. Why can we not
keep the old structure, or at least the "jdk" super directory? Switching
from forest to one repository will be disruptive enough without these
structural changes.
