preparing a icedtea-1.3 release?

I think we're nearly ready to go.  We're stabilizing PulseAudio support
and LiveConnect and doing some testing.

Lillian Angel has said that she intends to have 1.3 done and TCK tested
between Oct 14-17.  I'm running TCK tests today on the current development
sources and I'll let you know the results.

I'll let Deepak reply re LiveConnect status.
