OpenJDK 6 build 13: patches for tests moved over from the closed to open area

Hello.

For OpenJDK 6 build 13, I've moved some tests in areas I've worked on 
from the closed (Sun-internal) part of the test tree to the open part:

6601457 Move wrapper class tests from closed to open
6759433 Move Math and StrictMath regression tests from closed to open
6740185 Move java/lang/annotations tests to open

Compressed patches to add the GPL-licensed test files attached.
