ChunkedInputStream/test.txt

Hi Joe,

In each bxx drop there seems to be some one byte change to the file
test/sun/net/www/http/ChunkedInputStream/test.txt. This is a 500K file
that only seems to be used as test input. Since it is an ascii file all
on one line it makes the diff pretty messy. Do you know why the test
input is changed each time for a new bxx drop?

The ChunkedInputStream tests pass btw.
And in jdk7 this file never changes.
