Security fixes are back; other fixes can go in. Time for build 18?

I've got 3 more minor fixes for hs16 that are just finishing testing,
which should finish hs16 as a shippable product. They should be done
and integrated by Wednesday (maybe tomorrow, but no promises). It's up
to you folks to decide if the should be part of b18 or not.
