Supplemental Build 13 of Hotspot 16 is now promoted...

There's been another build of Hotspot 16 B13 (I know, a bit confusing), 
this time including a couple of high-priority fixes for Sun 6u18.

This Hotspot build will be integrated into the Sun JDK 6 Update 18 Build 
06 codebase.

Barring any (unknown) show-stoppers, this Build 13 should be the last 
build of Hotspot 16 before the release of 6u18.

There was a PIT waiver issued for CR 6908208, as it was a one-line minor 
fix, related to a single test case failure.
