Switching to HotSpot 14 on OpenJDK6

Indeed, that's the intention.  I wanted to do as little as possible by
replacing directories on the server side, leaving the actual merge to
hs14 itself to the usual webrev-and-push process.  So expect one
mega-patch to update to hs14 once OpenJDK6 is rebased.
