[FOR REVIEW] hs14 merge for OpenJDK6

Here it is, the mother of all webrevs:

with the patch itself being ~13mb.

This takes OpenJDK6 up to HotSpot 14 build 16 (see
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/hsx/hsx14/master/), incorporating 553
changesets from the hs14 repo. and one merge changeset.
I'll shortly push this to http://fuseyism.com/hg/hotspot too.
