Request for review: 6641691 6-open: Bring build readme's up-to-date

Hi Joe, hi Kelly,

here's a build doc update for review.

I copied the updated README & README-build.html files over 
to the jdk and jdk/make subdirectories, as well. Having the same
files over there, too, seems a bit redundant, though, so it
may make sense to slash at least the jdk/make/README* copies.
