Request for review: 6641691 6-open: Bring build readme's up-to-date

Yeah. It was an oversight on my part to leave the README-builds.html file
in the jdk6/jdk repository, my intent was to put it at the top of the
jdk6 or top repository, and not leave it in the jdk6/jdk repository at all.
No need to duplicate the file either.
