Just to be public on this:

YES,  JDK_MINOR_VERSION should be 6.

I'll push this change today or tomorrow.

Also, it is /highly/ likely that there will be ONE more build of HS16 
before it finishes for 6u18.  There are a couple of HS14 bugs which 
didn't make it into HS15/16, and I need to get approval to port them 
into HS16. 

Ideally, I'll have approval and the changes done by Wednesday, but as 
always, no promises...

I'll followup in awhile with the exact CRs which are being ported.
