Request to backport 6438179 (fix XToolkit.isTraySupported)

It looks OK to me but we should confirm with dmitry.cherepanov at sun.com
as he did the backport to 6u10.

Dmitri: this is a backport from 7 to 6 open of *just* the change needed to
use the tray protocol to determine system tray support. Its a lot simpler
than what you would have done to backport to 6u10 since 6 open
was based off a JDK 7 build which already had a bunch of the
needed XSystemTrayPeer changes.
