Reviewer needed: backport of regression tests sun/security/ssl/sun/net/www/protocol/https/HttpsURLConnection/*

Hi Pavel.

Sorry for the belated reply.  Backporting these bug fixes is appropriate 
for OpenJDK 6.  It would be preferable if there were separate changesets 
for each bug, but combining them into one is acceptable -- approved to 
go back.
