Potential update of JAXP sources in OpenJDK (b18)

The JAXP sources in openjdk6 will be updated to JAXP 1.4.3

The source bundle will be:
   https://jaxp.dev.java.net/files/documents/913/147491/jdk6-jaxp-2010_01_15.zip

And will match the jdk7 M6 milestone.

Question: Should we make this in OpenJDK6 B18, or wait until B19?
