Bugzilla is back up and healthy again (I think).  The last new patch 
filed was April 21, the last bug update was April 22 and our server ran 
out of disk space on May 8th.

Before we start adding to it, I'd like you to please check your "recent" 
activities and see if anything seems amiss.  Once we've had a few days 
to do some spot checks, we can start editing again.
