HotSpot 17 merge

Back on another note in this thread:

hs17-b14 was completed awhile ago (May 4th or so), and I just forgot to
push the Hg tag for it onto the hsx17/[baseline,master] repos. I'm doing
so now.

Andrew - you can take this change:

6948602: Disable use of SSE4.2 in String.indexOf intrinsic until 6942326
is fixed

and merge it into OpenJDK6.  It's the only changeset for hs17-b14.
